These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SFA Dispatch, an internal pre-flight dispatch application provided by Summit Flight Academy (“Summit Flight Academy,” “we,” “us”) at dispatch.mysfa.app(the “Service”). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & access

The Service is for authorized Summit Flight Academy staff, instructors, and pilots who sign in with a valid FlightCircle account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Operational / safety disclaimer

SFA Dispatchis a checklist and recordkeeping aid. It does not replace the pilot-in-command's authority, judgment, or legal responsibilities. Weather, weight & balance, maintenance, performance, and other data shown may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You must independently verify all information against official sources(the aircraft POH/AFM, current weather, maintenance records, and applicable regulations) before each flight. The pilot-in-command remains solely responsible for the safe and legal conduct of the flight. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Text message (SMS) program

Designated recipients may receive transactional SMS dispatch-override alerts. Message frequency varies based on dispatch activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information — including that we do not share mobile numbers or messaging consent with third parties for marketing.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for legitimate Summit Flight Academy dispatch purposes.
• Do not enter false information or sign a dispatch you have not completed.
• Do not attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorized to use.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its providers.

Records

Completed dispatches, including your typed signature and any override approvals, are recorded and may be archived for safety and recordkeeping. You consent to the creation and retention of these records.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summit Flight Academy and its providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, or for reliance on information presented by the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
